Implementation of an Academic Profile Website for Yayasan Puji Anugrah, Bangka Belitung Islands

Currently, Yayasan Puji Anugrah faces several challenges in communication and information dissemination, including limited outreach to a broader audience, difficulties in delivering timely and up-to-date information, and the underutilization of digital platforms for program promotion and fundraising activities. These challenges have resulted in limited visibility of the foundation’s activities and reduced engagement with key stakeholders.

This study aims to design and develop a profile website for Yayasan Puji Anugrah as an effective medium for information dissemination, communication, and promotion by considering the needs, characteristics, and expectations of various stakeholders. The system development process employs the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall model, which consists of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and evaluation stages.

The results indicate that the application of the SDLC Waterfall method successfully produced a functional and informative profile website that meets stakeholder requirements. The developed website enhances information accessibility, supports transparency of foundation activities, and creates opportunities for broader utilization of digital platforms for promotion and fundraising initiatives.
